I get these evening, four hour shifts in work which by the end of, i'm starving. I'm not allowed a break so i go 4 hours only with water (which i should be drinking either)

The bad thing is, i'm trying to bulk. Will four hours impinge this much? I normally try to eat every 2 hours.

If you can't eat you can't eat. Have a good meal before and after or have a bar if you can fit that in.

thats what i used to do.

when i worked in a trainer shop i would have my bar in my pocket and sneak a bite whenever i had to go to the stock room which was quite often so it kept me going. not ideal but did the job
