ok guys, im not fat at all. i do however have some stomach fat that i really want to get rid of
i know you have to do abs and shit, and i most def do.
the thing is, im trying to lose the weight while at the same time, making some huge size gains
but in order to do that i need to eat big, which isnt going to help my stomach fat situation.
what do i do?!!?

you definately aint going to do both effectively enough, unless there was something called a CULK. but there isn't. seriously it sounds like you need to bulk if you are not fat at all, get bigger by doing a clean bulk so you don't put on too much bodyfat then cut.

it is possible to add lean muscle mass while losing bodyfat...

but you would really need to have your nutrition sorted, and the muscle gains wouldn't come as fast as if you were just bulking or cutting. i would say keep it simple, it'll be easier for you.

The secret here is that you read Laynes precontest primer right? Then you follow it right? Then you do it right? Then if you do it to the T then you get abs, alright?
