About glutamine:
I found it to be most effective taken throughout the day. I fill my gallon jug of water every morning and put approx 10g of glutamine in and mix it. You will have to mix it up before you take a drink throughout the day, but i usually drink 1 or 2 of these gallons jugs a day with the glutamine right in there.
I take whey pre and post w/o. BCAA's during and post w/o. Creatine pre and post w/o.
And I would recommed a carbohydrate drink or mix for during and post w/o. Such as waxy maize or
vitargo. Loads the body with those carbs you burn off during your workout, faster recovery time also.
