ne1 like nutrament? i think it has too much sugar but, im a high school student so, i can bring shakes and nutrament if its good to class, your thoughts?

Never heard of it lol Ive heard of nurishment shakes tho lol Ive actually though about startin Meal replacment shakes as Working where I work means I dont get all my meals in so not much fuel to grow!!!

just checked up nutrament and its very similar to nurishment. nurishment has 60g carbs 20 protein and roughly around 10g fats depending on the flavour and is fortified with vitamins.. i do drink it quite often if i can get an additional meal in college
