Hey everybody,
my name is Niels and i'm from Holland. I'm new to this site and I have a question. I'm a pretty big guy with a lot of musclemass.

My only problem is my fat% is too high (about 15%) I know i need to cut but everytime i start a diet i can't seem to really put through with it. I start dieting and after a couple of days i just have to eat patato chips or something

. After i eat it i feel like crap basically but i can't seem to help it. Do you have tips for me that will make dieting easier? Links to a good cutting diets are also welcome. Thanks in advance!
