I just went out and bought some ON
Casein Protein for the first time; I've never used casein powder before, I normally just have a glass of 1% milk before bed. I was wondering whether it'd be okay for me to take the casein WITH milk AND 1 tbsp of peanut butter before bed? or is that too much? will I gain fat from doing this? And also, how long before I hit the bed should I take the casein? Thanks guys!
