hi dungeon bros, been a long time. my computer hasnt been cooperating, so just yesterday i got a new labtop and its great. anyway, can you guys critique my meal plan for me please? i am a 15 year old student keep in mind

meal1:1 scoop optimum whey
sausage,egg,cheese,sandwich with orange juice (i eat on the way to school i have no time whatsoever in the morning)
meal 2:tri-o-plex protein cookies(love em)
meal 3:SCHOOL LUNCH
meal 4:tri-o-plex cookies
meal 5:SCHOOL LUNCH(i got 2 lunch periods)
meal6: (preworkout) grilled chicken on whole wheat, and 1 scoop whey
post workout:banana,2 scoops whey
meal 7:subways sandwich
meal 8: whatevers for dinner, usually brown rice + whatever

meal 9:1 scoop whey
and then my casein.

comes out to 9 meals, or mayb im just overestimating the cookies, neway thank you for your time and consideration!!!!!!!!!!!! i have been struggling to stick to a good meal plan and i need help. thank you guys!

have you found the total amount of Calories that this will equal?? If not i would suggest doing that, and giving us a quick run down of your stats and goals. Also drop the banana post work out and try and get some simple carbs (high GI) could be strait dextrose or something like rice cakes.

well right now im 170 lbs, trying to get to 155, but i dont wana be that skinny kid again, still wana have my mass. and, well the calories would equal to about 3500? estimated

way to many calories. Cut back to maintenance for a week or so then from there cut 200 calories a week until your about 600 cals below maintence, keep your protein up and carbs mostly before and after workouts. try to keep your carb/protein meals and your fat/protein meals seperate, when insulin spikes any excess energy is stored in adipocytes (fat cells), this helps keep that at bay. Moniter your BF% you may not need to lose as much as you think, or maybe more :-/. i know your still in school so this will be hard, and since your so young it wont be as crucial to follow a diet exactly just try and follow what i said for a while and see if it helps. yeah calories are pretty high for your weight if your cutting. if your really trying to cut drop your caloric intake down to atleast around 2000 or so
