Right guys coz of work lately ive been having to train abit late and not gettin in until about 9pm from training. I need a quick preparing meal with fast digesting carbs, meduim protien etc,
Any ideas...i know you have loads

White rice doesn't take more than 10 minutes to make, white bread is instantaneous, I don't like rice cakes because I need a lot of water to get them down. Dextrose and whey is quick too.
cheers bud i knew u would be one of the first to reply, I do take whey and that all and i too think rice cakes are well dry and i like a big-ish meal coz i hate goin to bed hungry. So say a white bread sandwhich wiv pasta and egg whites or summin or white rice with......tuna? i need a change man. ;-)

You need a change of carb or protein? The next best protein besides way in terms of speed of absorption is eggs. Other meats will work but not as well. I would recommend at the very least your post workout meal and 1 meal after that. I would not end my night on a post wo meal.
