Believe it or not I had Grits this morning for the first time in my life. WOW they are awesome!!! I havent looked up the macros on them yet so I have no idea if they are good for me or not but I had them at a restraunt this morning with my eggs instead of oats.They were awesome!!!! just wanted to share

They were fucking AWESOME!!!!!!! Just a little splenda and they were piping hot which was nice cause it was kinda cold this morning. they are great now I see what all the fuss is about

Yeah they are good for you. They are a complex carb with little to no sugar or sodium and rich in B vitamins particularly folic acid.

nice good bye oats hello grits!!!! wait I think i have like 9 pounds of oats from costco? oh well I can alternate days.

How are the instant grits? or should I just go for the real thing. I dont work from home any longer so I dont have a lot of time in the mornings to cook anymore. I miss working from home. It makes meal planning so much easier

Yeah it would make life so much easier. Should be fine just check out how much sugar it has and check for preservatives.

I was watching the food network as most of you know I love to cook and am actually trying to get into the CIA (culinary institute of america) its the most best culinary college in the us and one of the top 3 in the world. anyway back to my story. I saw a recipe for shrimp and grits almost like a jambalaya but with grits instead of rice. I think im going to make it this weekend
