Yeah but I think it is inefficient. Make a diet in excel, list the macro-nutrient totals for each food. As you go throughout the day bold or check mark the meals/foods you have eaten and use the sum function to add it at the end of the day.

Diet Analysis Plus is pretty good.

no offense but I disagree I use fitday.com and I love it. However I DO NOT use their nutritional values I create my own and store them in my "saved foods" Fitday.com really helped make things easier but thats just my opinion. "one mans garbage is another mans treasure"

i didnt use it for long...maybe i should give it another try when i go home. i didnt make my own values, tahts probably where i went wrong.
