I was looking at ways to make protein not taste as bad as most people claim. I personally dont mind it but if its one of those days and you want something to just sip on after a workout this is what I came up with, and its actually delicious =]



what you need:
best with chocolate protein I think


-Blender
-Ice
-3 Scoops (or how much you want) of Whey (or preferred protein)
-Milk
-Peanut butter




This is what you do...
1. put the protien scoops in the blender
2. pour in desired amount of milk
3. add no more than 3 tablespoons of peanut butter
4. put in the ice cubes.
5. blend until everything is nice and smooth (until it looks like a smoothie)
6. Pour into a glass
7. Then you can hammer curl it a few times then enjoy.



Did i mention to put the lid on the blender ?

2 scoops ON gold standard rocky road
5 grms creatine
1 scoop BCAA
1 serving arginine
1 banana
2 shots of espresso
desired amount of glucose
ice
blend

Its awesome I call it the cook special!!!!

That sounds interesting. Im basically doing the same thing but instead of arginine,espresso,and glucose Im doing NO Shotgun. Its basically doing the same thing as those ingredients, but might be healthier to do it your way.
Other than that I mix the same thing up.

sounds delcious.

yet, dont drink it to much bro.

hope it is skim milk, also the fat in peanut butter is good, but it will slow digestion of the whey protein. if there is anytime you dont want that its post workout. but once and while wont hurt.

i used to use NOxplode but i didnt really notice any results and it affects my anxiety so i stopped taking it

Yeah some of those stimulant ingredients they use can do that to ya.
