I was looking at ways to make protein not taste as bad as most people claim. I personally dont mind it but if its one of those days and you want something to just sip on after a workout this is what I came up with, and its actually delicious =]
what you need:
best with chocolate protein I think
-Blender
-Ice
-3 Scoops (or how much you want) of Whey (or preferred protein)
-Milk
-Peanut butter
This is what you do...
1. put the protien scoops in the blender
2. pour in desired amount of milk
3. add no more than 3 tablespoons of peanut butter
4. put in the
ice cubes.
5. blend until everything is nice and smooth (until it looks like a smoothie)
6. Pour into a glass
7. Then you can hammer curl it a few times then enjoy.
Did i mention to put the lid on the blender ?
