meal 1:
4-egg whites
2- full eggs
2- plain bagels w/ penut butter and jelly

meal 2:
protein shake
banana
peanut butter

meal 3:
oatmeal
apple
baked potato

meal 4:
chicken breast or steak
brown rice
carrots or veggies of choice

meal 5:
protein shake
banana
peanut butter

meal 6:
steak or chicken
baked potato
brown rice
veggies

meal 7:
casein protein shake


every other meal has 5 grams of creatine.

i wasn't i had my buddy make this diet for me because he is a big lifter. but do u think that i should add some protein

And the first meal might be too much, depending on how much peanutbutter you are using you might be taking in too much fat in the first meal.

It would help to break this down into a macro. Then you can see exactly how much of what you are eating at each meal. The overall plan looks good except for whats been mentioned; too much peanut butter, carbs & protein not being spread out properly.
Figure out your serving sizes of each meal. figure up the macro breakdown from that, then we can see where your at

Hitting the road hard and Im not F'n looking back till I hit 220!

ok. i will cut out the peanut butter and make like an egg sandwich instead. i will work on getting this into macro. it might take me a few days though. i am busy with high school stuff.
