right now im currently 17, I do work, and I DO party lol, I usually work mon, tue, wed from 4 to 10, sat and sunday till 11. I go to classes from 730 am until 315 mon wed fri, tue and thursday, i have only one class from 12 to 130. that day I try and do a double session workout. One session at 8, the other at 2. Mon Wed Fri, I have a break from 930 to 1130 which is when I spend my time at the gym. I'm currently cutting and my split is as follows.
Monday- Legs, biceps
Tuesday- Chest, abs
Wed- off
Thursday- Back, abs
Friday- Shoulders, tricepts
Saturday- Cardio |
