Whatsup guys was hopin one of you could help me out.

My current meal goals are 350-400 carbs, 3500-4000 caloris, 175-200 g of protein, and 50-60 g of fat. I'm not having any trouble reaching my carbs, calories, and fat goals but with protein i am consuming almost 300 g a day. i was hoping someone could give me a list of foods that are high in calories with minimal protein. So far the only foods i found that give me the required calories involve alot of protein in them. Thanks!

Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, brown rice, white rice for post workout, rice cakes for post workout.

Whats your diet that you are actually getting in too much protein, i've never heard of anyone with that problem. And so you know, your not getting in 2500-4000 caloires, your diet is 2600 calories to 3000 calories.

2600
350 carbs=1400
175=700
50 fat=500

3000 (3400 if you get 300 grams of protein)
400 carbs= 1600
200 protein = 800
60 fat= 600

My Totals if i added correctly were:

By the way i weigh 160 lbs at 5'9"

Judging by how my body feels, this meal plan seems to satisfy my needs. My energy levels are great, I only take 1 dump a day, and when i eat i feel satisfied, but not bloated and full. Post your comments on this guys, thanks!
