Your taste buds become desensitized after awhile and you pretty much lose the craving. Even smelling one will probably make you sick :)

Depending on what your cheat meal is take sesamin if its fatty and if its a sugary cheat then blunt it with healthy fat.

It's good to find healthy foods that you enjoy instead of finding foods that could mess up your diet.

I agree. When you first start a strict diet its hard to overcome desires. However, after a while you will not miss those disgusting saturated fattening foods.
I ate captain D's a while back and about threw up trying to eat it. I felt sick the rest of the night
Hell, I cant even drink soft drinks anymore. TOOO much sugar. I only drink water and occasionally milk, and decaffinated tea. Its weird how your senses will assimilate to your routines.

It was fairly easy for me to move onto diet, I learned a while back that it wasn't nessecarilly flavor that I was attracted to when I ate, but just that I could get it down and move on. Only thing that i've always craved was salt, but I prefer hotsauce to salt.

Yeah fast food kills me. The saturated fat and sodium count from that stuff is off the chart! Might as well just have a coronary right now, LOL!
ALso fast food establishments are notorius for not changing their cooking oils out frequently enough. This makes for some really bad indigestion and shits

cheat meals are a slippery slope, trust me i know. my weight rollercoastered because of A cheat meal. it starts as one, then it becomes a cheat day, then a week, then by the time you know it your eating what ever you want, and feeling guilty everyday. its a constat battle for me, but im back on the wagon. so bottom line...like these other guys said, find something healthy. take my advice, i have been down that road too many times- 42GUNZ
