i got a salad pasta with oil and salt and pepper and bannana water and multivitamins and protein powder. that ok everyone?

getting the protein from a whole food source would be better, but if thats all you can get then the protein shake will be good!!

yea it was my only source but tis that a ok meal for bulking? i weight 165 now

Your daily over all caloric intake. If you do that for 6 meals a day and only have 1800 calories taken in, thats no good. But if thats one meal of 3-4000 calories, then w/e.
