So this morning i had my creatine monohydrate one piece of toast and an omlet. school lunch was bottle of water, pasta with virgin oil and salt and pepper, and an apple, after school snack is a protein shake and iceberg slad with light dressing, is this a good diet so far i made up? if you guys want you can make a dinner up and post it. Im 17 weight 165 trying to get big lean muscle

Ide feel like I was starving with that diet, LOL! And im a whole lot older than you with a puny metabolism.
Your probably burning that diet off in a matter of seconds. You should be eating a TON more than that

well i mean everyone says eat like a beast but eat good food and even though its all good for you , i feel so bloated 24/7 and ill never get a six pack at that rate ahah

Could also be because your diet isn't where its need to be, so you in all honesty shouldn't be supplementing it when your not getting the most out of it.
