This is factually incorrect, it is glucose. Glucose is the primary "food" to your brain, NOT PROTEIN!

Yah where are you located. I get 6 dozen eggs from Sams club for like 6 dollars. I think Lanas Egg whites charge like 20 dollar shipping charge because it has to be specialy packaged.

I just do it the old fasion way. Crack'n eggs. I know its not processed for sure when I actually have the egg and crack it myself.

Yeah you have to cook it. Otherwise it is only approx. 50% bioavailable due to aviden, a binding protein. Plus you risk salmonella.
