So everyone on here is on a pretty strict diet. What does everyone do for cheat meals? I eat just about the same thing everyday and usually switch up my dinners. I love pizza and I've had a hard time getting away from Hawaiian pizza but I found an alternative and now make my own on one of those Boboli crusts. That's pretty much my cheat meal, when I'm not doing fish, chicken or beef.

What about you guys?

I cant resist a good thai meal. I'm a shift worker so i struggle to stay away from cheat meals when doing night shifts especially when i've been flat out all night and i get back and there's my chicken or whatever and everyone else is having pizza or maccas

Popcorn, which turns out to not be as much of a cheat meal if its air popped (Just in terms of salt intake I go WAY overboard)
