Whats the macro count?

Why are you using animal pak when a regular multivitamin will more than do you? (More of a money saving issue here, but if you want to spend the money be my guest)

When's your pre and post workout meal?

Why are you having whey protein with 6 rice cakes? Thats alot of carbs you don't need.

Whats the nutritonal info on the salsa?

And did you read laynes cutting primer in the top of this forum?
