Bulking diet?? your opinion??

Meal 1: 1 cup (dry measure) of oatmeal
2 tbls of brown sugar in the oatmeal
4 wholes eggs
2 eggs white

Meal 2: 2 scoop of whey in water
1 banana

Meal 3: 300 Gr of chicken
side kicks pasta or whole wheat bread

Meal 4: 2 scoop of whey in water
hand full of nuts

Meal 5: 300 gr of red meat
1 cup of veggies

meal 6: caseine shake


pre work out meal: 2 scoop of N.O X-plode
1 scoop of whey
1 apple

post work meal: 2 scoop of whey
2 scoop of gatorade
Bcaa
Glutamine

My meal number 3 is a real problem can i eat potato??

Umm you need more meals at least 7 to 8 on a bulk and add in some veges

How much is 300gr of chicken? Can you tell me in ounces?
