Best source of healthy fats with low carbs? (Aside from oils)

Do you guys know any foods that have high, healthy fat amounts with minimal amounts of carbs?

Also, do you guys think it would be ok for me to drink down peanut oil?

I like extra light olive oil to drink. In terms of foods: Smart balance omega 3 peanut butter, unsalted almonds, salmon.

Ahh thanks, I was thinking of those foods. Yeah I bought a third of a liter of extra virgin olive oil, just getting close to 200 grams of fat a day is gonna take alot of extra fat intake.

also eggs, and most nuts(like freak said almonds), sesame oil is also a possibility

Preferably unsalted almonds. I don't think you want extra virgin. You want extra light.

I just read some things on it, the only difference is the smoke point and flavor (between extra virgin and extra light that is).

thomas - can i ask why youre fat intake is 200g? are you upping the fat % because you are cutting? -just curious

Ketosis is the reason. Around 200 with the amount of protein Im going to take in should be close or slightly above my maitenence level in terms of total calories. Then i'll skim away as I feel its appropriate.

I meant difference in terms of taste. Good luck choking down extra virgin. Extra light doesn't even really taste.
