Around 7:00 P.M. Salad with fajita chiken, or a steak.

8:30- My lifting workouts. Usually an hour in a half.

10:00 P.M. One scoop of Cell mass

10:30 P.M. 2 scoops of ON 100% whey protein with 6-8 ounces of milk.

I also take a multivitamin. And glutamine.

And if it matters ( probaly doesnt), ill post my max lifts to.

Your meals have healthy food but you have to quantify everything. "A thing of oatmeal." How much is a thing, 1/2 cup, 1 cup, once you do that get the calories of carbs, fat, and protein for each meal and for the day. You want complex carbs at every meal except the meal immediately follow post wo and then you want high glycemic index (GI) carbs such as white rice, white bread, or dextrose.

Also where is the fat in your diet?

Your welcome. Unsalted almonds, fish oil, olive oil, smart balance omega 3 peanut butter are all great choices for healthy fats.
