Hi everyone this is my first post on here. Im wanting to bulk and heres the diet i have come up with but i need help with it im 6ft 1 and only weigh 150lbs
7:00 bowl of oatmeal and 4-6 eggs 2 yolks and multi vitamin, 2 amino acid tablets and 2 calcium tablets
10:00 mammoth 2500 and 1 piece of fruit
12:00 pasta and tuna, or brown rice and 2 chicken breasts
