so, i've been eating like crazy the past couple weeks.
4 mainly 5 meals a day, protein shakes, creatine, l-glutamine, taurine..and i have gained not 1 pound. not 1!!!! sure my bodyfat has gone down 3%. but still should i be eating more meals?
i do not drink any soda pop, or bad stuff. all i drink is water (tons) and occasionally powerade. also, milk with protien shakes...
eating i have buffalo meat, "regular" meat,steak occasionally, pasta, shrimp, and "wraps" which contain cheese, mustard, mayo, beef, lettuce, tomatoes, and olives.
with my pasta i only have marinara (sp?) sauce.
what shold i be doing different to help mme gain weight.
i do assure you though though that my workout split is fine. its under the influence of my uncle who use to bodybuild and powerlift.
but any advice would be appreciated.
