advice on my diet

so, i've been eating like crazy the past couple weeks.
4 mainly 5 meals a day, protein shakes, creatine, l-glutamine, taurine..and i have gained not 1 pound. not 1!!!! sure my bodyfat has gone down 3%. but still should i be eating more meals?
i do not drink any soda pop, or bad stuff. all i drink is water (tons) and occasionally powerade. also, milk with protien shakes...
eating i have buffalo meat, "regular" meat,steak occasionally, pasta, shrimp, and "wraps" which contain cheese, mustard, mayo, beef, lettuce, tomatoes, and olives.
with my pasta i only have marinara (sp?) sauce.

what shold i be doing different to help mme gain weight.
i do assure you though though that my workout split is fine. its under the influence of my uncle who use to bodybuild and powerlift.

but any advice would be appreciated.

dude i eat between 6-8 meals a day. the only thing you can really do is eat more with each meal. gaining weight isn't easy...i realy have to force food down sometimes, almost to the point where i am damn near gonna puke.

yeah just eat and eat... u don't have to be hungry to eat either, just find some healthy food and down it.

p.s i just burped fish oils..... nasty

^YUM! First thing you need to do is count your calories, in most cases people will find their not eating nearly as much as they think they are.

oh poor you, cant gain any weight.... wish that was my problem but i had these fat boy genetics since i was a child, and it only got worse, i can gain weight no sweat mAYbe 10-15 pounds a month if i am not super strict on my deit and am doing alot of drinking, but in all reality i feel you the upside of my situation is i always been strong as a bull before i picked up a weight and have no problem puttin on muscle mass, but hey yur upside you can probably just modify your diet and macro-nutrients intake to cut down pre conest, where as i have to endless cardio :(

keep your head up and eat like a horse bro, my cuzin is even worse he has been 120 pounds and 6' since 9th grade and he is 23 now and slowly puttin on mass
