any thoughts on my diet? currently bulking..

8.00 Oats, protein shake, multivitamin, 5g creatine

11.00 250g Cottage cheese, tin of baked beans

1.30 tin of tuna, 200g white rice

2.45 naNO vapour

3.00 gym

4.30 protein shake, 5g creatine, banana

5.00 small chicken wrap, BCAA'S, Multivitamin

7.30 250g lean mince beef, 200g brown rice

10.00 chicken roll (2 breasts, 1 wholewheat wrap, bowl of spinach)

12.00 tin of tuna, glass of casein and bed.

Sorry about the late response bro..
Replace the white rice with Brown. Unless that is your pre, but it's far to early before your workout? What's with the Small chicken wrap? ( your bulking right).

Where is the fat in your diet? Meal 2: take out the baked beans. Add in a complex carb. Try to get low sodium tuna. You want brown rice.

Post wo: need white rice, white bread, or dextrose.

5:00 you need a complex carb in there.

Split up your 200g of rice into 100g so you have a carb in every meal.

add in a banana,an apple,a bagel w/peanut butter and a bowl of kashi go lean cereal(13g of protein per serving) for the 8:00am meal,or have this extra stuff around 9:30am.
