Ok this is how my cutting diet will look. this is a first draft so feel free to critisize, thats why im putting it out here in the first place:

06.45: Protein shake (Protein 22g/Carbs 2g/Fat 2g)
Total: 22g Protein / 2g Carbs / 2 g Fat
Calories: 114kcal

07.15: 100g of bread (Protein 8g/Carbs 43g/ Fat 1,6g)
90g Tuna (20g protein/Carbs 0g/ Fat 1g
5g Sugar reduced Jam (Protein 0g/Carbs 1g/ Fat 0,5g)
Total: 28g Protein/ 44g carbs / 2g fat
Calories: 306kcal


09.45: 75g bread (6g protein / 32g Carbs / 1g Fat)
25g Cheese (6,8g Protein / 0g Carbs / 6,8g fat)
10g Pate ( 1,2g protein / 0,5g carbs/ 1g fat)
Total: 14g protein / 32,5g carbs / 8,7g fat)
Calories: 264 kcal

11.30: 110g bread (9g protein / 47,3g carbs / 1,7g fat)
50g cheese (13,5g protein/ 0g carbs/ 13,5g fat)
10g pate (1,2g protein / 0,5g carbs/ 1g fat)
Total: 23,7g protein/ 47,8g carbs/ 16,1g fat)
Calories: 431kcal

12.45: 40g bread (3,2g protein / 17,2g carbs/ 0,5g fat)
12g peanut butter (2,4g protein/1m8g carbs/6,8g fat)
Total: 5,6g protein / 19g carbs/ 7,5g fat
Calories: 165kcal

14.00: Protein shake (22g Protein/ 2g Carbs/ 2g Fat)
1/2 can of tuna (16g protein/0g carbs/1g fat)
Samlet: 38g protein / 2g carbs / 3g fat
Calories: 187kcal

16.15: 115g chicken breast (27,6g protein / 0g carbs / 1,2g fat)
1 banana (unsure?)
Total: 29g protein/ 18g carbs(ive heard?)/ 2g fat)
Calories: 188kcal

18.15: 2 whole eggs (16g protein / 0g carbs / 13g fat)
40g bread (3,2g protein / 17,2g carbs / 0,5g fat)
1/2 can of tuna (16g protein / 0g carbs / 1g fat)
Total: 35g protein / 17,2g carbs / 14,2g fat


20.45: 115g chicken breast (27,6g protein / 0g carbs / 1,2g fat)
25 protein tablets (7,7g protein/0g carbs/ 0 g fat)
Total: 35,3g protein / 0g carbs / 1,2g fat
Calories: 151kcal

21.30: 1 can of tuna (32g protein / 0 g carbs / 2g fat)
2dl skim milk (6,6g protein / 9,6g carbs / 0 g fat)
Total: 38,6g protein / 9,6g carbs / 2g fat
Calories: 210kcal


All day:
Protein: 270g = 1080kcal
Carbs: 192g = 768kcal
Fat: 57g = 513kcal

1080 + 768 + 513 = 2361kcal


keep these things in mind:
- i can only eat bread with something on at school (dont ask why)
- please dont suggest me to buy foods that costs hella lot of money

i didnt keep a track of it so im not really sure riPPDUP... but i am very sure of it being about 3200-3500 when calculating it roughly now...

cool diet for cutting man... im suprised you can fit in 10 meals while at school.. i have less meals but there a bit bigger than your lol... what type of bread do you eat??? wholemeal??

im not sure how to say it, but it is high fiber bread.. not like those french baguettes, but the opposite actually...lol^^ hope that made sense...

im not sure if i can manage all 10 meals, i'll have to see.. school is a bitch lol^^

I do not like the lack of variety. Basically tuna sandwiches and milk all day. When you are home eat some different foods.
