First Off I've recently discovered this website by coinsidence and I want to give you all sinscere thank you for the advice your about to give me.
I'm not new to bodybuilding but I'm new to the diets and supplements.
So here is what I'm taking let me know what you think and what/how to improve what to eat and what not. I'M trying to bulk up. I'm 5'7 - 130lbs. I'm pretty cut but want to achieve gradually 150lbs massive mucles. My exercises are 4x8reps on everything so here it goes...thanks again in advance
I'm now eating per day:
4am: Oatmeal + Vector Cereals with banana-strawberry-non salted almonds-raisins and nuts+Multivitamins
8am: 6 egg whites with 2 slices whole weat bread
11am:I usually range for protein+carbs- Normally pasta-chicken or steaks with vegies
5pm: again-I usually range for protein+carbs- Normally pasta-chicken or steaks with vegies+multi vitamins
6pm: Workout
9-10 pm: Post Workout- GNC 100 Mass Whey Protein
Now I'm training 5days/week and sometimes 3days ina roll doing mostly same workout everyday (arms-chest-back-legs-cardio)
I've read Freaky's advice alot on nutrition...now I'M about to go buy some NO-Explode and possibly BSN's Mass Stack...I've read Creatine-Whey Protein-BCAA's is the commonly used by all....Isn't that too much for common health?
Let me know...Thank you again sorry if my questions are newbish...

Are you telling us that you workout from 6pm to 9 or 10 at night usually? Because I can do chest shoulders tris in about an hour and be numb walking out of the gym... If that is the case you are definatly over training and under eating.

do NOT train the same body parts 5 times a week... and why is there so much time between meal 1 and meal 2, and theres 6 horus between meals 3 and 4... all your meals should be evenly spaced, about 2-3 hours apart, with a good source of protein every meal.

dont rely on protein shakes and supplements... try to get as much protein as possible from lean meats, milk etc... THEN add in the supplements. eat every three hours from when you wake up... and make yourself a decent training split or else yuo wont get bigger, maybe something like this

Mon - Legs
tues - Shoulders/traps
wed rest
thur - back/bi
fri - chest/tri
