atm im trying to bulk up so i eat small meals about 6 times a day. for breakfast i usually have eggs and a shake. then ill have a bar at abt 11.

but my lunches are harder 2 control i only have 30mins at school to get lunch so i have to go with convenient food like a sandwich or sumfin.
there is a supermarket quite near me and what would be the best thing to get for lucnh from there.

You need to research your diet more. Do a search for bulking primer. You can bring a lot of things to lunch, sandwiches, protein bars, Kerry's cookies, etc...

Cans of tuna, chicken will help here. Just pop a top and eat. Also 1-2 slices of whole wheat bread!

But also do what freak said and research. I will probally get into trouble for this but go here bodybuilding.com
They have alot of very useful resources on there that will help with your problem.
