I just receive my first bulk up from my trainer i have been on a low carbs diet for the past 4 months i have dropped 50 pounds of fat so i c'ant wait to start.

But reading it was thinking i'm really gonna get fat with this and i just past the last 4 months eating almost only cucumber and low fat meat to lose fat so i dont want to grow a belly back again.

So i would like to know what you guys think:

Meal 1: 1 egg + 5 egg white
4 white bread toast with jelly
1 cup no fat milk

Meal 2: 2 scoop of whey in 2 cup of no fat milk
1 banana

Meal 3: 1 and a half cup of brown rice
10 once of chicken
1 can of corn
some brocoli

Meal 4: 2 scoop of whey in 2 cup of no fat milk
10 strawberry

Meal 5: 10 once of horse meat
2 potato
1 cup of beans
5 oatmeal cookie

Meal 6: 1 cup of no fat cottage cheese
4 puffed rice cookie

Meal 7: 2 scoop of casein in 2 cup of no fat milk
1 cup of strawberry

Im eating this monday to saturday. Sunday is cheat day i eat whatever i want.

Train five days a week no cardio.

so im sure ill get bigger just dont wanna get fat so what do you guys think?

I think you're okay. If you notice yourself getting a little fatter, then make adjustments as necessary. By the way, how is horse meat? I've never tried that before.

I personally would eat oatmeal in the morning instead of the white bread and jelly, I know you can eat high glycemic carbs in the morning to refill glycogen but if you are trying to stay lean I would stick with the oatmeal. And meal 5 seems a little extreme unless that's your post training meal.. 2 potatoes a cup of beans and 5 oatmeal cookies is an ass load of carbs in one sitting there's no way your body will use all that without turning some to fat. In my opinion looks good other than that. Horse meat???

But it's hard to find a good bodybuilding coach around here the guy doing my training and diet his a powerlifter. The guy know's his stuff but he is a powerlifter and i dont have enough knowledge to do my own training and diet.

And the thing his if i was just a off season bodybuilder i would not care about gaining fat but in wrestling i got to be lean all year round c'ant wrestle with a belly 9 months a year and with a 6 pack the 3 other months.

Anyway im starting it in mid november so ill keep you guys updated about what,s going on.

Thanks for the advice

Here in quebec it's really easy to find almost every grocery store have horse meat and all sort to like, steak, grounded and all the other type of meat cut. Being a bagger a see that a lot of non bodybuilding poeple eat it to.

If you guy's know french canadian bodybuilder claude groulx??? i d'ont know if it's still the same but some time ago there was a show on TV about him and he sais that his only red meat intake was horse meat.

and it's not expensive about 2,50$ for 10 once so for you american guys with your cheap ass money (just kidding) i would be about a little around the same i think.

So i think all was said about horse meat now!!
