Is anyone aware of a website that will tell me the amount of protien and nutrients that a given serving of a specific food item has?

EX: What equates a serving of broccoli (in ounces)and how much protien does it contain?

I am aware that most foods come with this information on labels, but with the foods that don't I could really use the info.

I love NutritionData.com NutritionData's Nutrition Facts Calorie Counter, its one of the best, it tells you all you need about a product, and they have categories ranging from Cereals all the way down to almost all the famous fastfood crap
