saute a few onions in some olive oil....when they are carmelized, sprinkle in some chopped garlic and cook together for about 30 seconds (too much longer and the garlic will burn)...remove from pan...in same pan, add a bit more oil...begin cooking chicken breast...as breast(s) are cooking, add in some adobo and jerk seasoning along with a squeeze of lemon....once done, add onion and garlic and serve...yummy
optional- i personally like to add a can of straw mushrooms but it does turn out to be alot of food for some...enjoy! |
