Guys what guys! I'm trying to get on it. I'm just not sure if i'm going to actually be able to. Im getting under 30 carbs a day and around 200 grams of protein, and I think thats enough, but i've never been on this type of diet before, what can I expect?

I am not liking ketosis so far. I don't have the drive in the gym that I have when im using carbs. And I haven't had as many mood swings yet like I usually do with low carbs so thats a bonus.

Fucking shit bros, I have 3 shakes a day, then cans of tuna then whatever meat my family makes that day. LMAO I washed off the sauce on chicken my dad made so that it had no extra carbs.

Yeah, I hate to wash off the sauce, but I put hot sauce on everything anyway, so I prefer things to be cooked without any sauce.

are you keeping your calories the same? If not adding supplemental fats like olive or coconut oil will make a huge diffrence in your lethargy.

I'm cutting so I didn't exactly compensate for the loss of carbs with enough extra protein and fat. Aiming for 1-2 pound losses every week.

I've been meaning to eat more olive oil actually, I need to go buy some. I've been getting most of my fat from peanuts and pumpkin seeds and egg yolks (2 a day). I need to go out and buy some more fat supplements.

It's not so much that I have no energy, but I don't have the will to do it. I'm not exactly going in the gym already pumped up and ready to rip someones head off.

I think its more of me placing the excuse on the ketosis alone rather than just the college work i'm caught up in. Especially since low carb diets in the past have made me aggrivated, and that was good for in gym time.

I'll definatly do the olive oil, coconut oil if I could find it.

Sounds like your doing pretty good aside from the lack of motivation way to go:-) takes alot of heart to stick with this kind of diet. Have you thought of a pre workout stim? like rpm, maybe superdrol ng just preworkout, or anabolic xtreme is coming out with rampage 2.0 and looking for testers not sure how long thats going on for, might want to think about something like that if you havent allready. Even AX stim x would help with weight loss, caffeine while in ketosis is supposed to help aid fat loss... i believe i read that somewhere in the anabolic diet ebook.

Thanks. Diet has never been a problem with me to be honest, first off I have the worst appetite ever, If I dont eat the whole day I would be hungry for a few minutes then it would go away. So eating 6-8 times a day doesn't bother me.

And I actually like all food that is related to an average bodybuilding diet. I've always ate eggwhites, I would eat 50 a day if I could and tuna too.

I'll look into the caffeine, I never liked coffee so I'm pretty sur ei'll be getting it in pil form.

The atmosphere in my new gym is just so different than my old gym, in my old gym it was just like so cold, thats the best word to describe it, cold, the walls were off white, the lights were almost gray, I mean it was just a place where you go in and its like AHHHHHHHH LIFT THIS. But in my new gym its brown panel walling, alot more natural and earthy, not as dungeon like as my other gym.

Another thing is my lack of music because my ipod and cd player broke. And if you scream in this gym people look at you like your crazy. Its a school gym.

I had the greatest rush of energy at the end of my trap workout the other day, I was shrugging with 100 pound dumbells, I grunted, slapped my chest screamed, and lifted. And I had the same intensity as I had before. Change in location is really amazing.
