help on my diet!!! :D!

Hey guys,


So i have come up with a new diet... advice and suggestions are greatly needed :) tell me what u guys think!!


Meal 1 : egg whites
whole wheat toast
yogurt

Meal 2 : Chicken breast
Brown rice
Some kind of vegetable?

Meal 3 : (post w/o) 1 Scoop Whey
2 cups of milk
Flaxseed oil

Meal 4 : Tuna sandwich on whole wheat bread


Meal 5 : Chicken Breast
Baked Potato
Whole Wheat pasta


Meal 6 : Lean sliced turkey
vegetables
fruit?




Well so far its kinda a weak outline of my diet... i did calculate some numbers and i should have enough protein. The reason i left out how much i eat of each food is cuz im not sure if i will be getting enough calories each day.

im going to cut down to 125 so i can start from a clean slate and ive calculated that ill probably be needing to build up to around 2940 calories per day.

So if i start off at 125 lbs., any advice on how many calories i should start off with per day?

And let's say i'm not getting enough calories with that diet, does anyone know any low fat high calorie foods i can eat??


welp im gonna go buy food today so responses would help me a lot!!! thanks dudes

That is way to many calories if you are only 125lbs unless you work construction or something. All bb foods should be low fat or healthy fat. Do you want help with a cutting diet or bulk?

hey ya i used some website calorie calculator thingy lol so i dunno it must be wrong.


how many calories do u suggest i get in a day?

so are these foods to fatty??


and im tryin to bulk right now so ya thanks freak
