non training days

10 egg whites
18 almonds
2tbps raisins
3/4 cups oatmeal
1 yogurt

training days

lean turkey breast
6tsp peanut butter almond
apple
wheat bread
glass of non fat milk

i like your nontraining day diet better.

my personal advice is to use your nontraining day breakfast on your training days.... that's a solid meal.

your training day has a lot of saturated fat. you know fat, but saturated fats aren't good.

Where is the saturated fat coming from?

training days

lean turkey breast- some here but shouldn't be much at all
6tsp peanut butter almond- mostly all unsaturated
apple-none
wheat bread-none
glass of non fat milk-none
