Hey I'm getting ready to do some serious lifting after all my college apps are in and I was wondering about what I should be eating.
I've made a meal plan in which I will be getting roughly 350g of carbs a day, 60g of fat a day, and 300g of protein a day. I weigh 155 with very little body fat and I'm thinking thats too much protein for me.
Second, I was just wondering what exactly flax seed oil, fish oil, and vitamin C do it terms of gaining muscle mass. I was also wondering how much I sould be having daily.
In terms of supplements, I will be taking BSNs
NO-xplode,
Nitrix, and
Cellmass (the "mass stack"...). I'm also going to be drinking Syntha6 for reach my protein requirements (which may be lower than I'm thinking... see above)
