I was wondering if it's safe to pre mix your daily protein shakes. For example, say I got up tomrrow, had my shake with my first meal, but at the same time, mixed 2cups of it with milk and put in the fridge for later on that day. Does it change the effectiveness of the protein? Do I lose protein like that? I wont be mixing it days ahead of course, just in the mornings, for later that same day.
If it makes any difference I'm taking PRO-ISO, Precision Whey Protein Isolate, 45g per serving. I take it 2-3 times a day. |
