precontest diet help- summoning team dungeon!

first of all, thnks everyone in advance for taking intesrest. u guys are the best...b4 i go in2 details i wd like to tell u tht im 10weeks out of a very very imp contest(maybe my last)...and im lagging behind so here goes--

i live in india so some of the local stuff dsnt say anythng abt the nutritional info(like wheat etc)..so im unsure as to how much im spossed to be eating.

i am 6'2.weighing at 123kg ..im guessing ineed to lose 20%bf.
so, heres my diet-

meal1 pre cardio--1 scoop whey protien in water+coffee

meal 2- i scoop whey protien+oats100gm+multivitamin+fish fats+milk(double toned)

meal 3--15 egg whites+mashed potatoes

meal4- chicken breast(150gm)+veggies+wheat bread

meal5 preworkout--milk+scoop protien+coffee 1 tblspoon

meal 6- post wrkout-milk+oats+scop protein+1 serving glutamine

meal 7-chicken breast(150gm)+veggies+rice


pls rate this diet....also, am i ingesting too many carbs?
beef is banned in my country and i cnt get hold of any fish so my primary source of protien reamins poultry.

keep your carbs in the beggining of the day. you dont want to be eating carbs later in the day especially if you have alot of bf to lose. so meals 1,2, and post workout eat complex carbs. meals 5,6,7 eat fibrous carbs(broccolli,greenbeans, spinach etc..) also cycle your carbs this works great. ex) day 1 200 grams of starchy carbs, 20 grams of fibrous. day 2- 100 grams of starchy carbs, 20 grams fibrous carbs, day 3 - o grams of starchy carbs and as much fibrous carbs you want. then repeat. also keep your protein high. for fats consume fish oil,efa's, drop the milk. ive done this for the past 4 months and dropped from 305 w/26 % bf to 235w/14% bf. while maintaining alot of muscle mass.

im going to drop the milk strtng nxtweek....thnks for ur advice....as for the carbs...im going to drop em exept for meals 1,2 and 6.
