keep your carbs in the beggining of the day. you dont want to be eating carbs later in the day especially if you have alot of bf to lose. so meals 1,2, and post workout eat complex carbs. meals 5,6,7 eat fibrous carbs(broccolli,greenbeans, spinach etc..) also cycle your carbs this works great. ex) day 1 200 grams of starchy carbs, 20 grams of fibrous. day 2- 100 grams of starchy carbs, 20 grams fibrous carbs, day 3 - o grams of starchy carbs and as much fibrous carbs you want. then repeat. also keep your protein high. for fats consume fish oil,efa's, drop the milk. ive done this for the past 4 months and dropped from 305 w/26 % bf to 235w/14% bf. while maintaining alot of muscle mass. |
