Help me with weight gaining advice.

I'm a lean guy at 5'9" and weighing only 155. I dont have much body fat and want to build some lean mass. Can I build muscle mass while still staying lean. If I tense my abs you can slightly see a six pack, but someday i want to be able to see them without having to tense so much. What type of diet advice can you give me. Should I be eating more lean meats like chicken and tuna and other fish. I don't want to put on more body fat, but at the same time want to build lean mass and stay lean. Is this possible?

I've been told to start eating more turkey and chicken breast and potatoes. I did not think these kinds of foods had many calories. I've also been told to start eating more peanut butter sandwiches but I thought peanut butter was full of fat and cholesterol. What types of foods do I need to start eating more of to pack on some lean weight and get stronger in the gym. I want to get stronger more than I want to get bigger.
