I'm a lean guy at 5'9" and weighing only 155. I dont have much body fat and want to build some lean mass. Can I build muscle mass while still staying lean. If I tense my abs you can slightly see a six pack, but someday i want to be able to see them without having to tense so much. What type of diet advice can you give me. Should I be eating more lean meats like chicken and tuna and other fish. I don't want to put on more body fat, but at the same time want to build lean mass and stay lean. Is this possible? |
