Def. not eating enough... You are lean, you could afford some more fat and carbs in that diet. Lean muscle mass does come with alot of protein, dont get me wrong, but carbs and fat will fuel the fire. Also, your last mean is at 7pm at night? There is no way you are going to bed right after that meal. Eat AGAIN!! Also, if you are worried about fat, I stop carb intake after 6pm. This doesnt always work out well if you lift later in the day, but it works well if you lift mid-day. A meal or 2 a day should make you feel like you want to puke it back up. For example, I start my day usually with 12-14 egg whites and 2-4 whole eggs, a WHOLE wheat bagel, and some yogurt to help out my digestive track. Eat protein every 2-3 hrs. If you are worried about taking on to much fat, eat protein+carbs or protein+fat, but im sure you are an ectomorph, as am I, we are the hard gainers.. but can afford to eat more b/c we dont put on fat as easy.
