i am a natural body builder i wanna increase my size . i am around 213 lbs i wanna be around 240 lbs .i can eat chicken and lamb chope i dont eat pork and beef.I eat shit load of eggs around 25 eggs a day!

I jst wanna knw wat shld use for supplements , pls suggest some good ones!

damn i hope u mean egg whites... 25 egg yokes is bad for u.. each egg contains about 90mg of cholesterol, and it is adviced to not take in more than 350mg of cholesterol a day... 25 whole eggs would be 2250mg of cholesterol!

ok i knw my biochemistry cus i am a biochemistry student i eat frm 25 - 40 eggs where if it is 25 eggs then they are 21 egg whites and 4 full eggs cus of cholesterol! I take in like 500 - 800 some times 900 gms of carbs! As mu education is pretty tied up i cant do much of eating , i train like 4-5 days a week i do only cardio 2 days, i knw my bf is some wat high!


I jst wanna knw wat things such as Animal pack or BSN products to stack for my masss

No hx, no bf%, no real diet listed, no training split listed, nothing basically just I want to waste Layne's time.

If you are a biochem student then do you really need out help with a diet.. We have posted 1k times on a solid stack. It's nothing fancy: whey, gen multi-vitamin, creatine mono, bcaa's, and flax oil. If you want a bulking primer here it is: post #6 in the thread below
