Usually after a workout I have about 110 grams of white rice, as it is a simple carb. Today I am lifting and won't have time to get eat...I plan on going right into the library. Any suggestions on something I can eat/drink on the run that will satisfy my postworkout carb fix?
normal postworkout: 45 g protein, 110 g carbs
I tend to eat dinner around 2.5 hours after that, which is my postworkout meal, although I realize it needs to be a in shorter timeframe but with class sometimes its not feasible
