-6 eggs 2 pieces of WW toast (if your eating the yolks too 30-40)
-2 scoops whey (depending on what kind, 40-60)
-2 pieces of grilled chicken w/ rice
-1 can of tuna 2 pieces WW toast (32.5-40)
-2 scoops whey (depending on what kind, 40-60)
-16oz steak potato broccli
-2 scoops casien (Depends on your serving)

Other ones, I can't guess without proportion for grilled chicken and rice, and can't guess without type/quality of steak.

So around 140-200 without knowing the other two and on the guesstimation.

But like Chris pointed out, you need to count it yourself. I can only give you a very rough estimate based on the foods that I eat and what I remember their protein values being.

I can tell you that your fat intake doesn't look good at all, its concentrated in just a few of your meals and it's not adequate.

you have to read on the index of the meal products you use and just add them together.

My point is your going to have to do some work on your own, read the nutritional labels on food products and write the information down. Buy the food calorie counter it has the break down of most every food item.

Here,,,, go to the training log section, get my online Meal Log print it off and record everything in there, I built calculators inside the excel spreadsheet that will do all the totals for you.
