Does it matter what times you have your meals?? Like for example me I work and also I am a Full time student in college..and I am bulking. I intake 6-7 meals a day but I take the first two meals when I am suppose to and then the last 5 or 4 meals scattered because of school and work does this really matter or my meals have to be on time???

You just have to fit them in when you can. Follow it the best that you can and that is all you can do. Don't worry about it though some things you can't change.

Like FREAK said just try gettin them in when u can.. Im up to get ready to go to work at 4am ill have a shake right after washin my mouth.. and ill eat 30-40grams of protein every 3 hrs.. sometime at my jobs it gets very hectic and i can get breaks to eat so ill have me 20 grams of liquid protein to fill the gaps til i get real food in my system..

If you think your not going to eat for around 3-5 hours or so then you could try to drink some milk (if your not lactose intolerant). It slows down digestion, digestion of protein.

make a meal plan and follow it as best as u can.. try to not miss the meals by more than 30 mins, this will be something that will help u a lot.. i have a meal plan but in the weekends i cut completely of and eat every 1-2 hours instead

i try to space my meals at 2 hour increments, or as soon as possible after that if i'm working or in class. i know the feeling bud all too well

I make all my meals the day before so that way I just throw them in a lunch bag and go at it when I can.

i eat whenever i have the chance. i went from 170 to about 200lbs. not leaned out, but my goal is 225 by end of bulking season.

nice-keep on hitting it hard bro. Thats what I did. I bulked to 225 not lean but I had planned on hitting up a powerlifting meet but some other stuff came up. Now Im trying to cut down to a lean 210
