i'm 17 and 168lbs. and i have little knowledge on nutrition. and don't know what to eat exactlly, or how much to eat in a day.

i am trying to get to 180lbs. of lean muslce at the height of 5'8. thanks for any info!

3 Double Cheese burgers or Big Mac per 1 day and u will hit 180lbs in 1 week.
try do some research bro, there are alot of people posting stuff about diet, meals, and everything. dont be lazy.

wao this guy is willing 3 Double Cheese burgers or Big Mac per 1 day. do that if you wan to get fat not brolic.

eat at least 8 times a day but not fat food. meat fish vegtables, ect. get your carbs up but not fat.
eat rice it helps you gain weight when you lifting.

Here's another tip: Take in at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight each day. I think all of the people on this site will agree with this tip.

Start with something like 1.5gr of protein per pound, then shoot for something like;
50% protein, 25% fat & 25% carbs and you'll get;
252 gr p, 54 gr f, 90 gr carbs for a total of 1854 calories/day and see where you are in few weeks and adjust...

That is way to few calories if he wants to bulk up. I would think more like double that give or take depending how active he is. Also I would swap around the carbs and protein ratio. The general recomendation for weightlifters is 1g of protein per pound of lean bodyweight. Even that is probably on the high side as the government recommendation based on research is about half that for the average person and a little more if you weight train.
