Candida Diet - Learn About the Candida Diet
Candida Diet - List of Foods to Avoid on the Candida Diet

Sounds like since sugars are out of the question he or she should cycle on and off ketosis. Im not a doctor or anything at all, but if someone can support or disclaim what i'm going to type please do.

I would suggest around 2 weeks on ketosis, then a week off ketosis b ut with any carb sources used strictly for post and pre workout meals. I figure that if you were to cut out a main source of the yeasts food that it would help to get rid of it quicker.

Ketosis is a viable way to cut fat and train. If you do go into ketosis you might have mood swings, I went low practically no carbs and I was upset at odd times of the day. But after some time using ketosis i was fine.

I would really like anyone elses opinions on this as well.

Or if you see if this thing here controls you... it's going to burn you and everything around you up. That’s right.
