Hi guys, so i have a question about Tune
which tuna is better Red/Orange Tuna i believe or Light Tuna
?i eat tune 3 times a week

Just check the nutritional information on them and judge whats best for your diet.

I eat chunk light tuna in a can for around 28 meals a week.

do u guys eat cans of tuna by itself too? sometimes i mix mine with salsa give it ago, but make sure you drain all the brine properly otherwise it dont taste so good

ok, hmm i got Chunk Light Tuna also its pretty good, i mixed it with my oatmeal today

chunk light! im really not a fan of the tuna smell or taste so i eat it on club crackers or even animal crackers to get ride of the taste and it tastes great! or i just put a heaping scoop in my mouth and swallow it with water lol

ok, not trying to hijack but i dont see the point of making an own thread for my question.. how many cans of tuna can i eat before the mercury levels get too high for my body?

I was wondering the same thing. Im pretty sure eating it every day isnt a good thing, but I could be wrong.
