i asked about muscle milk b4, and was told only simple carbs post w.o. but my cytogainer has complex carbs only, so.. dont take the cytogainer post w.o? and should i take the cyto pre wo then? thanks guys
Why didn't you just post in the old thread instead of making a new one. But to anwser the question, don't take the Cyto after the workout, follow the directions on the bottle (which if I'm not mistaken is like half hour before you workout) Usually the directions on the container are the best advice someone can get. Because after all, when all else fails, read the instructions.
