just wanted 2 know if u guys eat pasta, as a source of ur carbs

and shud i eat them as well ?

agree w/chris although whole wheat pasta tastes about as good as a shoe lace.

also, make sure that you cook your pasta al-dente...(to the tooth in italian) aka, slightly chewy. that way, the pasta does not break down into simpler carbs during the cooking period.

Oh don't go there with the creamy sauces stuff you just asking for trouble bro..lol,,,j/k

Try evoo. garlic. parm cheese, oregano, basil. salt / pepper, throw in some chunks of tuna or chicken.

I'm not sure what your gol is (bulking or cutting). If you're bulking, then whole wheat pasta is a good choice, or even white pasta for fast-digesting carbs after a workout. If you're cutting, I would stick to more complex carb sources not made from flour such as oatmeal and sweet potatoes. And keep the carbs in moderation in general if you're cutting, but that should go without saying.

i know this is an old thread but i have a question about the wheat pasta...

is it ok to eat it often?, or just evry now and then. a friend of mine told me it was still bad because it was processed.
